The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (MOF) has introduced specific requirements for invoices to ensure the accuracy and validity of transactions. To comply with these regulations, Tax2gov has developed the E-invoice QR Code Reader. This tool is essential for verifying the data included in invoices, as mandated by MOF.

According to E-Invoicing guidelines set forth by MOF, effective from December 4, 2021, and January 1, 2023, encoded QR Codes containing custom data are mandatory for various types of invoices and credit or debit notes.
